Not at all. The goal isn’t “lifting the heaviest weight,” it’s training at the right level for your body. Getting stronger, leaner, or more toned comes from progressive training, good nutrition, and consistency — not extremes.

Before: something light with protein + carbs (e.g. yogurt & fruit, eggs on toast).
After: protein (chicken, fish, tofu, or a shake) plus carbs to refuel.

It’s personal training in a small group of up to 4 people. You still get your own programme and coaching, but with the energy and support of training alongside others. Clients find it more motivating — and more affordable — than 1:1 sessions.

We’re in Oxford, easy to reach from Headington, Cowley, and wider Oxfordshire. Sessions run in our private studio, with free parking available.
Your investment depends on how often you want to train. Our 6-week coaching programme is:
£459 – 2 sessions per week (12 sessions total)
£599 – 3 sessions per week (18 sessions total)
Both options include personalised strength & mobility coaching, nutrition guidance, progress check-ins, and accountability in a private small-group setting (max 4 people). Most clients continue beyond the first 6 weeks because they see results and feel the difference.
