The best of both worlds. One coached studio session per week plus full online programming.

  • 1x weekly session at the studio (groups of 4)

  • Online programme for remaining days

  • Nutrition guidance tailored to your goals

  • Lifestyle and habit coaching

  • Direct access to Mody — message anytime

Best for: People who want the studio experience but can only make it in to the studio once a week.

Semi-Private Coaching

£269/month (from ~62/week)

This is our core offering. Train at the studio 2–3 times per week in small groups of no more than 4.

You're not on your own between sessions. Message your coach whenever you need to — whether it's a question about food, an update on how training went, or something that's getting in the way.

Common Questions

Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Most people start here because they haven't been training properly — or at all. We meet you where you are and build from there.

What's the difference between semi-private and 1-to-1?

Semi-private sessions have up to 4 people, but everyone follows their own programme. You still get individual coaching and attention. 1-to-1 is just you and your coach — we can discuss it at your taster session.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes. If you start online and want to move to hybrid or studio sessions, or vice versa, we can adjust.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Coaching is monthly. We ask for reasonable notice if you want to pause or stop.

What if I travel or miss a week?

Your programming continues. If you can't make it to the studio, you'll have an online session ready. Your coaching doesn't pause just because your schedule shifts.

Is the taster session really free?

Yes. No card details, no obligation. Come in, try it, and decide afterwards.
